As a native Houstonian, I've seen it change and bounce back from the worst of times and yet, Houstonians "never give up and never give in." That's a lyric from Harper Mixon's new song...
She's a seven-year-old girl who survived Harvey and is now fundraising for recovery efforts with the song she wrote. Harper Mixon composed the song "Love Does" after the floods hit Houston. Part of the lyrics say, "God's heroes came from everywhere."
Harper hopes her song will help raise enough money to rebuild the homes of families still trying to put things back together. Here's her video...
