Turner Urges People To Come Forward After Kids Shot

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner is urging people to come forward after two kids were hurt in a drive-by. The mayor says whoever shot the boy and girl last night at Scott near Wheeler crossed a red line.

The children are hospitalized with serious injuries.

He's hoping neighbors or Good Samaritans will step up to help the community and will call police with information.  Turner says people have responsibility to the kids to release information on the shooters.

Police are looking for a light-colored vehicle in connection with what happened and say they have numerous leads.
