A 22-year-old Baytown woman is accused of using fake social media posts to frame her boyfriend with false claims of domestic violence.
Lisa Marie Garcia faces charges of retaliation and online impersonation for having reportedly created false threats supposedly from her boyfriend. The fake posts led to at least three arrests for 23-year-old Brandon Berrott on charges of making terroristic threats and violating the terms of his bail by apparently continuing to threaten Garcia.
Berrott also lost his job.
If convicted, Garcia could go to prison for up to ten years.
