Body Of Suspected Dallas Gunman Found


A police robot in Texas has found the body of the suspected gunman in Monday's shooting in East Dallas, Mayor Mike Rawlings announced.

Police had spent hours looking for the man who opened fire on paramedics, sending one to the hospital in critical condition.

A civilian was also hurt in the initial shooting.

Speaking at a news conference Monday afternoon, Dallas police said another body was found inside the house where the suspected gunman's body was found.

The shooting took place in the 32-hundred block of Reynolds Avenue in east Dallas/

Police said officers had spotted a man with a rifle walking down a street about 11:30 this morning.
