Once again, Joe Biden refused to state whether he would attempt to pack the Supreme Court if elected president, saying that voters “don’t deserve” to know his position on the issue.
Biden was speaking to Las Vegas’ 13 Action News Anchor Ross DiMattei when he was once again asked about his stance on packing the Supreme Court.DiMattei told Biden “I gotta ask you about packing the courts...this is the number one thing that I’ve been asked about from viewers in the past couple of days”.
Biden said “you’ve been asked by the viewers who were probably Republican who don’t want me continuing to talk about what they are doing to the court right now.”
DiMattei jumped in, “...don’t the voters deserve to know”.
Biden said emphatically, “no they don’t deserve...I’m not going to play his game. He loved me to talk about, I’ve already said something about packing...”
Of course, Biden, Harris and his campaign has repeatedly refused to answer the question. They know that answering the question is a no win for them.
Biden said that voters would only know his position on court packing after the election. He said “you’ll know my opinion of court-packing when the election is over. Now look, I know—it’s a great question, and I don’t blame you all for asking. But you know the moment I answer that question, the headline in every one of your papers will be about that.”
