Joe Biden had promised to reveal his choice for Vice President by August first. We are still waiting.
What we do know - because Biden has said it - is that he will pick a black woman to be his VP choice. Matt Langston with Big Dog Strategies talks about the kind of message that sends.
"It shows that the Biden campaign continues to have unforced errors. They continue to try and play to a very select group," Langston said.
Langston also says voters will see right through this.
"What they fail to realize is that voters are smart. They will see through things like ths. Qualifications do matter," Langston stated.
As for who the choice will be? It seems to be down to California Senator Kamala Harris, former National Security Advisor Susan Rice, and California Congresswoman Karen Bass.
