A 19-year-old man has been arrested in Harrison County, Mississippi, days after being charged with the murder 62-year-old Katy resident, Saron James.
Tekoney Blackledge is charged in the death of James.
Investigators say she was fatally shot on July 16th while riding in an SUV with her husband in west Harris County, when someone shot at the car, striking James in the head.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez confirms the arrest via twitter.
