A Cinco Ranch woman is in custody after shooting her husband, then driving him to a Fort Bend County firhouse.
Chad Norvell with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office tells KTRH the the victim was then flown by medical chopper to the Medical Center where he underwent surgery and is now in critical but stable condition.
Norvell also says the victim's wife, was arrested and taken to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office where she was interviewed.
Her identity has not been released. She'll be charged with aggravated assault, family violence. It could end up being a first degree felony with serious bodily injury.
