(Richmond, TX) -- Fort Bend County Sheriff can't be everywhere, but he still seems to be keeping an eye on speeders all over the place.
Cutout signs of a life-size photo of Nehls show him with an unidentified boy who holds a puppy as Nehls holds up a yellow and black sign that says, "SLOW DOWN - CHILDREN & PETS AT PLAY."
The signs are reportedly effective in reminding people not to speed through local neighborhoods.
