Millions choose fine over Obamacare

New numbers are out showing exactly what you think of Obamacare. And what you think isn’t very good.

According to new research, 6.5-million people last year chose to pay a fine rather than sign up for insurance on the Obamacare exchanges. Robert Henneke with the Texas Public Policy Foundation tells KTRH the mainstream media isn't telling you this.

“That would cut across their narrative that the federal government is the solution for health care,” Henneke said.

So what does the 6.5 million number tell him?

“We have a broken system and it’s just getting worse,” Henneke stated.

That said, Congress has yet to put a new plan on President Trump's desk, leading Trump to Tweet that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell should "go back to work and put Repeal & Replace, Tax Reform & Cuts and a great Infrastructure Bill on my desk for signing."
