For the first time in eight years a Gallup Poll finds more Americans view President George W Bush positively than negatively.
Bush family spokesman Jim McGrath says we're now seeing W as a President who guided us through 9/11.
"People recognize here was a good man who made tough decisions, really, in an unprecedented era."
But democratic strategist Matt Angle of the Lone Star Project says W is now viewed more like the Chicago Cubs -- a lovable loser.
"George Bush is no longer a threat to the public. Nobody ever disliked him as a person." "He's clearly a good family man and he loves his country, he was just a failure as a President."
Both agree W's legacy may be the Iraq War and it's too soon for a final verdict.
