The Houston Texans are getting more active as the NFL Draft progresses, but they still haven’t chosen their much-anticipated quarterback.

The team acquired UCLA guard Xavier Su'a-Filo with the first pick in the second round.  The 6’4”, 307-pound rookie will help shore up a weakness on the offensive line.

In the third round, the Texans selected Iowa tight end CJ Fiedorowicz, who will ease the loss of Owen Daniels to free agency.

They also traded the number one picks in the fourth and fifth rounds to Philadelphia, moving up to get Notre Dame defensive lineman Louis Nix (6’2”, 331lbs).

The Texans head into today with one pick in the fourth round (135), three in the sixth round, and one in the seventh and final round.
