Both astronauts have returned to the International Space Station after completing an over seven-hour space walk to repair the station's cooling system.  This is only the second ever Christmas Eve spacewalk for NASA.

NASA astronauts Mike Hopkins and Rick Mastracchio began their spacewalk at 6:53 a.m. EST (11:53 GMT) this morning. It's their second spacewalk in four days. "In this holiday way of giving, we're giving you a spacewalk today," NASA spokesman Rob Navias said during NASA TV's coverage of the spacewalk. Today's spacewalk is the second-ever Christmas Eve EVA (extra-vehicular activity, another term for spacewalk).
