Many fans and experts around the NBA had high expectations for the Rockets when the playoffs began nearly two weeks ago.

But, then the club went out and lost the first two games of their first round series with the Portland Trail Blazers at Toyota Center. After earning a split of the two games in Portland, the Rockets find themselves in a 3-1 hole.

So the team and James Harden has a simple mission when the two clubs get together for Game 5 at Toyota Center tonight.

“We either win or go home. We gave away two games. We have to protect our home court,” Harden said.

Dwight Howard says the mission isn’t impossible.

“We just have to play basketball. We can’t look back. We have to stay positive. We can’t hang our heads. We dug a little hole, but we can always get out of it.

Point guard Patrick Beverly, who has been dealing with a knee injury, did not practice on Tuesday because of an illness. However, Coach Kevin McHale says Beverly will play tonight.
