The U.S. Attorney's office in Beaumont is looking into recent Facebook posts made by a federal prosecutor which targeted Obama supporters and made fun of the Trayvon Martin case.

"The problem the Department Of Justice is dealing with right now is how can he be an effective prosecutor when he is posting caustic matters about his boss?"

KTRH legal analyst Chris Tritico believes John Craft was well within the law, but he's still created an administrative headache.

"The issue becomes, when you work in the Justice Department do you give up that First Amendment right to speak out in this fashion when it affects your ability to do your job?"

Among the comments Craft posted was that "low information voters carried the day for the Dalibama in the last election" along with a graphic reading: "Obama: Why Stupid People Shouldn't Vote."
