More office managers are saying they are fine with their workers organizing an office March Madness pool.
"There inevitably will be a productivity decline as people jump on their computers and watch the live streams, as they talk about the games at the water cooler," says John Challenger of Challenger, Gray and Christmas says there is a productivity decline.
But, there's also a pay back.
"In term of what they gain in better morale, strong relationships amongst people," Challenger explains, "it's, in fact, a very good buy for employers."
One in three bosses say running an office pool has a positive impact on the workplace.
